Local Device Data: The app may store data locally on your device (such as chat history and settings) for the app to function properly. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted externally.

3. App Permissions and Their Use

TutChat requests the following permissions, which are used solely for app functionality:

• Bluetooth: Required for device discovery and establishing direct connections between nearby devices. Used only for Bluetooth communication features.
• Microphone: Required for recording and sending voice messages. Audio is processed locally and transmitted only directly to the recipient device via Bluetooth.
• Photo Library: Required for selecting and sending images from your device. Images are transmitted only directly between devices via Bluetooth, never to servers.

These permissions are used exclusively for the app's core functionality and are not used for tracking, advertising, or data collection purposes.

4. Data Transmission

All communication in TutChat occurs directly between devices via Bluetooth within a range of approximately 100 meters. Messages, photos, and voice messages are:

• Transmitted directly between devices
• Never sent to servers or cloud services
• Not stored on external servers
• Not accessible to the developer or third parties

5. Third-Party Services

TutChat does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data to share.

6. Data Storage

All data used by TutChat is stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers or cloud storage. You have full control over your data and can delete the app at any time to remove all stored information.
